Instructions:

  2. Remove from heat and add the finely chopped chili pepper. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain out the chili pepper pieces and return the cream to the saucepan.
  4. Add the dark chocolate to the cream and stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot and keep warm.
  6. Serve with an assortment of dippables like fruit, marshmallows, and cookies.
